Please excuse our mess!! We are working on some necessary upgrades/repairs around our fuel dispensers, this is causing temporary closure of multiple pumps. Due to recent rains upstream along the Wapsipinicon River watershed, high water levels are anticipated May 24-26 at Pinicon Ridge Park which would lead to the closure of the lower camping loops at the Flying Squirrel Campground.
These closures would affect Lower A-Loop, Lower B-Loop, and C-Loop campsites. Some camping in areas in the Matsell Bridge Primitive Campground would also be affected.
Park staff is taking appropriate steps in anticipation of the potential flooding, which includes notifying current campers
