Today, National Daiquiri Day is the perfect time in the middle of the summer to enjoy and celebrate this refreshing beverage.

Classic Daiquiri
• 2 oz. Light Rum • 1 oz. plus one tsp. Fresh Lime Juice • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, and combine rum, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously, then strain into a cocktail glass.

Today is National Mojito Day. This traditional Cuban drink is made from White Rum, Sugar, Lime Juice, Sparkling Water/Soda Water, and Mint. Simple and delicious!

1 1/2 OZ BACARDÍ SUPERIOR RUM
3/4 OZ FRESH LIME JUICE
12 FRESH MINT LEAVES
1/2 OZ SUGAR SYRUP (1:1)
3/4 OZ SODA
MINT SPRIG AS GARNISH

Step 1: SQUEEZE: Squeeze the lime wedges into a highball glass.
Step 2: PRESS: Add sugar and mint to the glass, and press with a bar spoon to release the oil.
Step 3: CHURN: Half-fill the glass with crushed ice, add the BACARDÍ Superior Rum, and churn.
Step 4: GARNISH: Top with crushed ice and soda. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Let's welcome July with some "Stars & Stripes!"
Ingredients
* 5 fresh blueberries
* 1-ounce blueberry vodka: we recommend Stoli Blueberry or Triple Eight Blueberry
* 1/4 ounce absinthe
• 1/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
* 1/4 ounce simple syrup
* 1 dash raspberry brandy: we recommend Chambord
* Ginger beer: we recommend Goslings or Fever Tree, chilled to top
* Garnish: sugar cube
Steps
* In a shaker, muddle the blueberries.
* Add the vodka, absinthe, lemon juice, and simple syrup, plus ice, then shake until well-chilled.
* Pour (unstrained) into a highball glass
* Drizzle with the raspberry brandy and top with ginger beer
* Garnish with one sugar cube.
