- 1 oz Martini and Rossi Bitter
- 1 oz Martini Rosso
- Orange Wedge

4 oz. Tomato-Clam Juice Blend25 oz Lime Juice
2 dashes Hot Sauce
Splash of Pickle Juice

Garnish with Tomatoes, Pickles, Olives, Celery, and a Celery-Salt rim.
