The proximity of our station to the lake led to an unexpected occurrence where water permeated into the premium gasoline, affecting a small number of customers.
We want to assure you that the moment our systems detected the issue, our team promptly shut down the premium gas tank to prevent any further occurrences. Regrettably, a few customers were already impacted before the measures were taken.

The National Oil Corp, in their commitment to your satisfaction, will be providing full reimbursement to the customers who were affected by this incident.
