Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- ⅛ oz. simple syrup
- 2 dashes Regans' or Peychaud's bitters, add more to taste
- 1 half dollar sized slice of orange peel, including pith
- 2 oz. good-quality rye or bourbon
- 1 maraschino cherry (preferably a Luxardo cherry)
Instructions:
In an old-fashioned glass, combine ⅛ oz. Fill glass halfway with ice,
then stir about a dozen times. Add enough ice to fill glass. Squeeze 1 half dollar sized slice of orange peel, including pith, over glass to extract oils, add peel to glass, then add 2 oz. good-quality rye or bourbon. Stir just until drink is cold and the bite has softened, about a dozen times. Garnish with 1 maraschino cherry (preferably a Luxardo cherry).

Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1/2 ounce coffee liqueur (preferably Kahlúa)
- 1 ounce espresso concentrate (preferably Oak & Bean)
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- Garnish with coffee beans
Instructions:
Brew the coffee and let it cool completely. Add ice to a cocktail shaker then add the cooled coffee, simple syrup, Kahlúa and vodka. Shake very hard so the foam is formed then strain it quickly into a martini glass. Top with coffee beans, serve.

Moscow Mule
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 fluid ounces vodka
- 1/2 fluid ounce lime juice
- Ice cubes
- 1/2 cup ginger beer
- 1 lime wedge for garnish
Instructions:
Combine vodka and ginger beer in a copper mug or highball glass filled with ice. Add lime juice. Stir gently and garnish with a lime slice.

Negroni
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. gin
- 3/4 oz. bitter aperitivo liqueur
- 3/4 oz. sweet vermouth
- Orange twist
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into mixing glass with Ice. Stir, then strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with an orange twist.

Martini
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. gin
- 1/2 oz. dry vermouth
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Lemon peel
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into mixing glass with ice. Stir, then strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.

Rum Sidecar
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. gold or amber rum
- 1/2 oz. orange liqueur (preferably Cointreau)
- 1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions:
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake all ingredients well, until very chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge or peel.
