Wine talk Wednesdays!! Today is all about Pinot Noir! Most Pinot Noir wines are generally going to be pale to medium in color because of their thin skins. Pinot Noir has a complex layer of flavors from red fruits like raspberry, cherry, and strawberry. To earthy notes of mushroom, wet soil, forest floor, and spices.
