I had some free time yesterday so I took myself on a little trip to Italy. This 2016 Nebbiolo paired beautifully with my porchetta. Not sure what food to pair with that special wine, I’d be happy to help and after 30 plus years of food and wine pairings I’m pretty OK at it 🤣
