Apple Spiced Hot Toddy
1 oz Door County Distillery Barrel Finished Apple Brandy
3 oz Door Peninsula Winery Hallowine
5 oz water
1/3 oz sugar
1 1/2 oz honey
Lemon wedge
Cinnamon stick
Combine water, honey, sugar, and cinnamon and heat until honey dissolves and cinnamon is fragrant. Pour hot mixture into a cup and stir in the Barrel Finished Apple Brandy and Hallowine. Squeeze lemon wedge into drink and place on the rim, along with a cinnamon stick for garnish. Enjoy!

Peach Maple Bourbon Old Fashioned
1 oz Door County Distillery Maple Bourbon
1/2 oz Peach Simple Syrup
Sour soda to fill
1 Peach, sliced, with peel on
Maraschino Cherries
Place half of the peach slices in a contained with a seal proof lid. Add Maple Bourbon to cover and let soak for at least 30 minutes.
Place one soaked peach slice, 2 maraschino cherries, and 1/2 oz peach simple syrup in the bottom of a highball glass. Muddle. Add ice. Add 1 oz Maple Bourbon, then sour soda to fill. Garnish with a peach slice.
Monday we release our new Brandy from 100% Door County grapes.

It's that time of the week for us to release and have some fun! So, the staff from Door Peninsula Winery decided to dance their way on through!!
DISTILLING GIN
Our distiller was busy today working on a batch of our award-winning gin. This process shows how it comes out to a liquified spirit.
This batch is still at about 140 proof. It still has some distilling ahead before it reaches our proper level of 94 proof.
