A shimmering golden orb. Juicy, freshly cut apricots hit the nose and take center stage on the palate. Dry as space dust, the tart body is deftly balanced with mouthwatering juiciness. All resting on a brett funk baseline, and a lingering fruity finish.

Barrels play a huge factor when it comes to brewing sour beers. Coming from distilleries, wineries, etc, the former contents add extra flavor and dimensions to sour beers.
