I want to personally thank you drivers again for coming out to race with us and show yall's support for a great cause. Everyone put on a great show and went home happy. We had a few mishaps but everyone went home unhurt that's the main thing. This is a great sport we race in and without drivers like you it wouldn't be so again from me and all the SOMA crew a big thanks & God Bless you all..

Well drivers the date has been decided for our 8th Annual Bounty Race Sept. 20th & 21st. Southern Outlaw Speedway in Byron, Ga. Open practice Friday the 19th for you early birds. Everyone & any association is welcome so long as you meet safety tech rules. Camping at track welcome. Driver's don't be scared bring what ya got and hope you brought enough, this is the fastest & safest track around. Our Next Race @ The Southern Outlaw Speedway in Byron,Ga will be Oct.5th & 6th, The 7th Annual Bounty Race

July 13th race cancelled due to lack of interest & Rain.Next scheduled race will be the Bounty Race Oct 5th & 6th,open practice Friday nite the 4th.See yall at one of our other SOMA tracks. Will post mow later along with pre-register forms.

Southern Outlaw Speedway Byron,Ga,I-75 exit 149 by Camping World next Race July 13th gates open @ 10 races start around noon.Entree fee $10.00 driver can run multiple classes for that fee.

Test & Tune Day
Southern OutlawSpeedway in Byron,Ga May 4th gates open @ 9 am. Cost $10.00 per driver.Drivers need to be there to express there input on upcoming races.Membership fees can be paid at sign up. $30.00 this includes a long sleeve multi color shirt,SOMA decal & membership card.

2012 6th Annual Bounty Race in Byron,Ga 31008
October 20th & 21st,gates open @ 9am both days races start @ 12 noon Sat and 1pm Sunday.We'll have open practice Friday for the early birds 2 till dark $10.00 Ins covers the driver in all classes for that day.Regular races Sat. & Sat. night and the MONEY Races Sunday.Electronic scoring for the weekend $5.00 transponder fees per day.Qualifying for every...race.We'll have a Big Wheel race for the kids (prizes for the winner) and a Push Mower race for the adults (2 laps & it must start after race Cash for the winner).Entree fees Sat. & Sat. nite will be $20.00 per class this includes Ins.The Bounty Race entree fees will $50.00 same as allways.Allready have a $1000.00 guaranteed purse for the Super-Mod Twins.Also this year Darren (Grass Car Racing) will be bringing the Mini-Late models.Spectators $10.00 per day or $15.00 for the weekend pass.We'll also have a 50/50 drawing.Food vendors will be on site with some good food.Camping @ track is ok but no hook ups sorry.For mow info call 478-737-1250 (Hitch)
