Clover Whiskey Fizz
This sip is a must-try St. Patrick’s twist on the classic whiskey cocktail. Made with fresh ingredients and bright flavors, we’re positive it will shamrock your world. So, add some green to your glass and celebrate!
Clover Whiskey Fizz 🍀
• 2 oz. Irish Whiskey
• 1⁄2 oz. Simple Syrup
• Splash of Lime Juice
• 8 Fresh Mint Leaves
• Sparkling Wine or Ginger Ale
• Crushed Ice
Place mint leaves, splash of lime juice, and simple syrup in cocktail shaker. Gently muddle. Pour Irish Whiskey into cocktail shaker and top with ice. Cover and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass and add crushed ice. Top with sparkling wine or ginger ale. Garnish with mint leaves and lime wedge. Enjoy!

Another weekend of football, another delicious cocktail to enjoy while watching! 🏈 Our Pigskin Paloma mixes two of our favorites - tequila & beer. 🍻
Ingredients
• 1 1/2 oz. Blanco Tequila
• 2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
• 3/4 oz. Agave Syrup
• 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
• 4 oz. Hefeweizen Beer
• Lime wedge for garnish
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a pilsner or pint glass, fill with ice, and stir gently to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Boozy Butterbeer Cocktail
Enjoy a potion of Boozy Butterbeer this fine fall Friday! 🪄
Recipe below.
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 oz. butterscotch syrup
• 1 1/2 oz. Dark Rum
• 1/2 oz. Butterscotch Liqueur
• 1 cup(s) sparkling apple cider
• Whipped cream
• Caramel sauce
Directions:
In the bottom of a small mug, mix together butterscotch syrup, Dark Rum and Butterscotch Liqueur. Add one cup of sparkling apple cider. The Butterbeer will foam up naturally, but if desired, you can top it with whipped cream and caramel sauce. Serve immediately.

🍐 Pear Chardonnay Cocktail 🍐
- 4 oz Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery chardonnay
- 2 oz pear nectar
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 sprigs of thyme
Combine Chateau Ste. Michelle chardonnay, pear nectar, freshly squeezed lime juice, simple syrup, ground cinnamon and thyme in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with a slice of pear and a sprig of thyme. cocktail featuring Chateau Ste. Michelle! 🍂🥂
Summer Spritzer Cocktail Recipe
Travel to the coast of Italy with our Summer Spritzer cocktail. ⛱️☀️
Ingredients:
• 2oz Aperol
• 1oz Flavored Sparkling water
• 3oz Sparkling Rose
• 1/4 oz Simple syrup
• Splash of lime juice
Directions:
Combine aperol, sparkling water, sparkling rose, simple syrup, and lime juice. Stir and garnish with a slice of orange.
