Barrels included both the 21% rye mash bill and the 36% high-rye mash bill. The whiskey was batched and then re-barreled into a combination of new and used charred barrels for finishing. As with all Copper & Cask releases, this whiskey is bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered. This release comes in a collector's box. ⭐ 59.6% ABV ⭐ LIMITED RELEASE: 3,600 Bottles ⭐ Tasting Notes: On the nose, this whiskey presents aromas of cinnamon roasted almonds and praline. Once sipped, the robust flavors of mocha and Mexican chocolate come to the front before revealing notes of cherry pie filling and coffee cake.
