A cigar shop brings people from all walks of life together, and having the opportunity to learn from so many different people from different backgrounds and perspectives has been foundational in my growth.
We always say that a good cigar is like a meditation. The lounge offers a space for people to let go of stress and tune in with themselves, share ideas, laugh, and find pleasure in the midst of their chaotic lives 🧘♂️

Foundation Cigar Co., the renowned Connecticut-based cigar manufacturer, proudly
announces the remodeling of its exclusive cigar lounge in partnership with Ligero To***co
House. Situated in the charming city of Buford, Georgia, this partnership marks a remarkable
collaboration between a prominent cigar brand and a distinguished local to***conist. The lounge originally debuted in 2017 and has recently undergone a significant transformation to offer an enhanced experience to cigar aficionados.
Foundation Cigar Co.'s owner, Nicholas Melillo, expressed his enthusiasm for the venture,
stating, "The new lounge is perfect and represents where we stand as a company. We have
created a space that embodies the essence of cigar culture and is reflected in every detail of the
renovated lounge.”
The Buford, Georgia to***conist, Ligero To***co House, is under the ownership of Adam & Vanessa Tirado, long-time acquaintances of Nicholas Melillo. This longstanding
relationship and shared passion for premium ci**rs have formed the cornerstone of this unique
collaboration. “The partnership has thrived, and it is with great pleasure that we introduce the
revamped lounge as a testament to our dedication to the craft.” Says Adam Tirado
The grand reopening of Foundation's lounge coincides with the eight-year anniversary of Ligero
To***co House. To celebrate this milestone, the lounge has been revamped and reimagined to
offer an unparalleled setting for cigar enthusiasts to savor Foundation Cigar Co.'s exceptional
blends in an inviting and refined atmosphere.
One of the standout features of the lounge is the expanded humidor at Ligero To***co House,
which proudly carries the entire portfolio of Foundation ci**rs. The lounge also offers an
exclusive Ligero To***co blend made by Foundation ci**rs, a 6 ¼ x 46 Lonsdale with a Habano
Ecuardo wrapper in 20ct boxes.

🚨🚨 NEW RELEASES #foundationfriday 🔥 The Metapa, Charter Oak Especiales (Pasquale & Pegnataro), & Tabernacle Commander! @foundationci**rs
Metapa marks Foundation’s first Sumatra-wrapped blends. Similar to last year’s Olmec line, there will be two variations of the same core blend: Metapa Maduro and Metapa Claro. Each blend features to***cos from Nicaragua’s Estelí and Jalapa growing regions within the filler, being bound in Connecticut Broadleaf. The wrapper is Ecuadorian Sumatra on each version, varying in shade to account for the two ci**rs.
Charter Oak Especiales are named after company founder Nicholas Melillo’s grandfathers, and both are 5 1/2 x 48 coronas. The Charter Oak Pegnataro uses a Connecticut shade wrapper, while the Charter Oak Pasquale uses a broadleaf wrapper. Both ci**rs use Nicaraguan to***co for the binder and filler, but the blends are described as being different from one another, as well as stronger in body than the other Charter Oak lines.
The Knight Commander will be available in one size, as a figurado measuring 6 3/4 inches long by 52 ring gauge. The ci**rs are made in Nicaragua by A.J. Fernandez, who produces several of Melillo’s cigar lines, such as Olmec and Metapa. Cloaked in a Connecticut broadleaf wrapper, the Knight Commander consists of a Mexican San Andrés binder and Nicaraguan filler from Estelí and Jalapa. According to Melillo, the ci**rs were aged an additional 15 months in cedar after being rolled🔥🔥
