The V***r industry is To***co Harm Reduction and Has a place in the future as one of the most Useful Tools in History to Help you Quit the Combustible to***co period.
For this and the Lives that we Changed, we are successful. For Creating Amazing American Made Products Manufactured in this State we are successful. Many friends and business acquaintances we have met and worked with along the way, and we are successful.

This Industry has been an amazing Journey and a Hard Road. As many of you know here in Kentucky we will no longer be able to Produce E Liquid as a State Licensed Manufacturer. All Products must be FDA Approved Items this includes all Disposables, E Liquid, Mods, Pods, Devices Etc. This is a travesty for Kentucky being that we really made a difference in the Health of its citizens. The Broad Sword for which these Representatives Intentionally Dismantled our freedoms of choice and ability to continue in business is a Disgrace.

With that said rather than having a history lesson on the V***r Industry we Regrettably must announce that JBVC will be Closing for Good by the End of the Year. We want to thank each and every one of you we met and have entrusted us with your V***r Needs. We Thank You for making the Switch and pursuing a Healthier Lifestyle.

Since we opened our doors in 2014, our sole purpose was to help Adults quit traditional to***co. Customer service first and quality over the years has never faded in our minds. The amazing moments we shared with all the thousands of Kentuckians were when we helped them quit combustible to***co. Though these years have been the toughest and most impactful to our industry as you have seen. We kept pushing forward working with our KSFA reps and representatives to come to a common ground based on health and small business. Regardless of what the media has said over the years the fact remains that V***r is a safer alternative to combustible to***co. Yet in the end, this was not meant to be.

We opened our first store by selling our home in Fl moving to the number one smoker-related death State in America to start this journey. We were able to grow to three stores at one point unfortunately due to Media, Federal, and State regulations piece by piece the system dismantled and extorted any growth that we could achieve. Now instead of groveling about all the hard work put in and the level of insanity and lying in your commonwealth Capital, I'd like to inform you of what your choices will be moving forward into 2025.

After Submitting millions of PMTA apps and the FDA denying 99% of them there are only a handful of devices or liquids that would be said Legal in Kentucky.
The ones approved are all owned by Altria or Rj Renolds etc. Recently some of our local companies received approval for sale temporarily after 1/1/25. This means that the very companies that flooded the market with Juul, MR Fog, in the C stores and gas stations will be the proprietors of this bill passed and signed by Uncle Andy. The very people who pushed and caused the Underage use epidemic will be able to sell their products in the same fashion as they always have. The Industry (us) that has been paying into the KDOR for years (US) Will be left with 0 products.

The Federal H**p Bill that this state was supposed to grow on and benefit from has also been taken away from you. Your So-called Medical Program will make all H**p Legal Products Illegal. Why because they are combustible V***r Products and there are no combustible products in your new medical program here. As well as a cap on % allowed and nothing other than Delta 8 in the medical program. So essentially all Vapeable products that contain h**p other than Delta 8 would be Illegal.

So let me ask you To***co Farmers out there doesn't this seem to be just like the 90s. Farmers were promised a golden age of h**p yet received nothing in return and now are being forced to change up their entire operation to survive. We the people should be more involved in the decision-making of our Reps here in KY. It is a sad travesty of a State that is bought and paid for. So when you make decisions in ky about business just know that they want all the profits to be leaving your state and that they really don't care to be kind. They in the Statehouse make decisions based on who pays them the most or what their handlers tell them to choose.

We are very proud of what we were able to accomplish here in Kentucky. Without you, our patrons and friends none of those things would have been possible. We have moved the store and adjusted all of our inventory and prices yet it seems there is no room for products provided by Small Business anymore. We are so very sad about how this Industry has been given away in less than 10 years. I have been disheartened by the way our political system (doesn't) run correctly. How bad players always seem to win in this system. Moving forward we will be offering Sales and Discounts toward the end of this coming month. We want to make this as easy as possible for you and will work to maintain your E-liquid needs.

Last week, in a first, the FDA authorized menthol flavored va**ng devices and finally acknowledged the enormous body of science proving flavored e-ci******es help Americans quit smoking - not to mention FDA’s first authorization for a flavored disposable product at the highest ni****ne concentration available on the market.

The catch is that, to date, the only va**ng products authorized are those manufactured by Big To***co companies.

The second catch is that the week prior, FDA denied several other applications from small va**ng manufacturers and wants to keep their products off the market.

Why it matters: While the news is a tiny step in the right direction, it also reveals a more troubling pattern:

FDA is acting only in self-interest to quell political pressure rather than acting in the interest of the American people.

Approving some but denying other substantially similar products is going to bring renewed scrutiny on how FDA is arbitrarily applying its it’s public health standard which, to date, it has refused to clearly articulate.

The bottom line: The only vapes authorized today are all owned by the biggest cigarette companies in the world, demonstrating Brian King and the FDA’s hypocritical allegiance to those companies whose deadly ci******es and other combustible products the FDA continues to flood the market with at a record pace (more below).
