HB968 / SB763 Update - Urgent Call to Action

YOU MUST ACT NOW TO SAVE VA**NG IN TN!

Committee hearing was yesterday (in which it passed 13-0) leaving only 1 more committee to pass through until the final vote in both the House and the Senate.

If this bill goes through, the attached image shows the only approved products to be sold in the state of Tennessee = 34 products all manufactured by Big To***co.

There is a lot of misinformation surrounding this industry with our state representatives. What's the difference between our products and the approved products? Same ingredients but the FDA is only approving products manufactured by Big To***co!

Call to Action coming soon (early tomorrow) to all 5 RTV locations but especially the JC, Kingsport, and Greeneville stores.

We need you all to hit the phones and emails hard over the next week. We will be asking everyone to call and email your TN State Reps and Senators to oppose the V**e Ban Registry bills (HB968 and SB763). The bills have passed through several committees and we only have a little more time to get this bill stopped as it moves through a couple more committee hearings. Johnson City, Kingsport, and Greeneville stores have districts in which the reps are in the next committee hearings to advance the registry v**e ban bills which is why we need everyone's help in letting our legislators know how this bill would affect your ability to remain smoke-free. We shop owners can't do it all this time as our voices don't carry near as much weight as their constituents. Voters opinions are what matters to these guys and gals and it's time to let them know how this bill is unacceptable.

This is serious. These bills have a lot of momentum and it will be extremely difficult to stop, but we need to let our voices be heard. Again we should be respectful in the emails and calls. It needs repeating that this bill will eliminate all va**ng products except for 3 devices - all manufactured by Big To***co Vuse, Njoy, and Logic. That's everything! TN legislators are saying that you can smoke or v**e the products made by Big To***co. Time to tell them that we will not go back to smoking ci******es and this bill written by Big To***co to kill the v**e industry is shameful.

I will be posting a list of legislators emails and phone numbers tomorrow and we need as much help as we can from all of you. Without you all we can't stop this ban from happening in TN. States all around us have already passed this same registry bill and we can't let BT do the same in TN. It's time to stop Big To***co from banning these life-saving products.
