Parker's Heritage Collection 18th Edition14 Year Old Kentucky Straight Malt Whiskey

The 18th edition of the Parker's Heritage Collection® consists of 14-year-old Malt Whiskey aged in the upper floors of Rickhouses O and Q. Then, barrels that previously held Cognac were reconstructed to include a handful of new heavy toast staves. The Malt Whiskey was then rebarreled in the reconstructed barrels and aged for almost four months. Bottled at 107 proof without chill filtration, the rebarreling transforms the Malt Whiskey's earthy, herbal characteristics into complex notes of molasses, dark chocolate, and dried summer fruit.

The 2024 edition features our Bourbon Whiskey mashbill of 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley. We sampled several barrels to guarantee we mingled the Whiskey that delivered the best qualities of our traditional mashbill.

The barrel selection process is complex; although we sampled many, ultimately we selected just 133 barrels to blend for this edition—all from the third floor of rickhouse 1I.
All the barrels for this release were produced in December 2005, then left to age until they were ready for bottling 18 years later.

George Dickel Reserve Collection 17 Year Old

Initially released as a limited time offering, George Dickel is excited to announce the return of George Dickel 17 Year Old Reserve, an incredibly rare, aged Tennessee whisky. Inspired by the previous release and its dedicated fans, General Manager and Distiller Nicole Austin intentionally searched for barrels that captured what made the original liquid special.

With a woody, robust profile, the newest release pays homage to the old liquid while featuring subtle contrasts that differentiate the two. This perfectly aged, cask-strength release boasts complex aromas of crème brûlée, apricots with hints of plum and juniper on the palate and a rich cedar finish.

The new 17-year-old is based on a traditional Dickel recipe, consisting of 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% malted barley. Filtered through sugar maple charcoal, then aged in the hidden, time-forgotten barrels of Bourbon, the end result is a superb mixture of balance and complexity. Bottled at 92 proof, this fabulous-tasting Whisky is a very rare one, infused with the quintessential Dickel character and neatly layered with tastes of toffee, peppery spice, and charred oak.
This limited re-release is filling the void it left behind in the hearts and souls of whisky drinkers and collectors alike when its popular initial release sold out.

Rock Hill Farms Single Barrel Bourbon

Rock Hill Farms Bourbon is a single barrel whiskey produced in Frankfurt, Kentucky by the Sazerac brands and released in fairly limited quantities in most markets. This single-barrel bourbon was named for a swath of rich farmland along the Kentucky River and is bottled without an age statement at 100 proof. The beautiful, etched decanter-like bottle is topped with a glass stopper.
Appearance:
In the glass, Rock Hill Farms is medium amber brown, a more reddish hue than Blanton’s.
Nose:
Strong berry and dark fruit notes lead off the front, and light notes of cinnamon and caramel blend underneath. Overall, the nose is rather light and well balanced.
Palate:
The front of the palate leads off with citrus, apple, and berry notes. In the middle, the berry notes blend with light cinnamon, cocoa, and light herbal notes. The finish brings a touch of spicy notes: cinnamon and pepper, mixed with dry oak notes and light notes of brown sugar and vanilla.

The Whiskey Row Series’ 1924 10 – Year – Old is a limited annual release celebrating another milestone in Old Forester’s storied history.

During Prohibition, more than 200 distilleries were forced to close. Old Forester, however, continued operations because the federal government issued us one of six medicinal licenses, P-3. In 1924, Old Forester acquired barrels from closed distillers, with different mash bills, and bottled that liquid as Old Forester. This release commemorates that moment in time.

Old Fitzgerald Bottled in Bond 8 Year Old

Each spring and fall, a new edition to the Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond series is released. Inspired by an original 1950's Old Fitzgerald diamond decanter, the packaging and series honor both the history of the Old Fitzgerald brand and the historic Bottled-in-Bond designation. The Old Fitzgerald line is well-known for its distilling pedigree, as the brand was first registered in 1884 and was eventually sold to "Pappy" Van Winkle during Prohibition. In 1999, Heaven Hill bought the brand and began distilling it at Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, KY. Today, in addition to our Old Fitzgerald Decanter Series, the legacy of Old Fitzgerald lives on in our other wheated Bourbons expressions: Larceny Small Batch and Larceny Barrel Proof.
