Wines we will be serving: Visintini Rosato Venezia and Pietralta Chianti

VISINTINI ROSATO VENEZIA GIULIA IGP
Cherry pink in colour. Strawberry and raspberry scent with a full, fresh and lively flavor.

This wine is made by northern Italians who enjoy this with vast gastronomical variety of meals: from gnocchi and tagliatelle with hare sauce, to pork meat and grilled beef; from pasta and beans with pork rinds and prosciutto, to chicken, rabbit and roast duck. It’s a young wine, here in North Carolina it can go well with cured meats and cheeses enjoyed on a porch, or with bbq in your neighbors backyard.

PIETRALTA CHIANTI DOCG
The color is an intense ruby red with a slight garnet reflection.

The fine and penetrating perfume denotes a great harmony between spicy and fruity scents of the vine. The flavor is full, rich and enveloping, showing good body and balance between the tannins, with a fresh and persistent finish.
