Siempre Rebelde.

Our newest single barrel is our “Rebel Cask” Reposado from Siempre that’s been aged for 6 months in used Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels. Matured agave is harvested and cooked in brick oven with wild yeast fermentation. Flavors of buttered toast with undertones of vanilla, this drinks much older than it is. Pick up a bottle today!
