🌟 AHSO Cellars Wine Spotlight: Artadi Viñas de Gain Blanco 2017

Sourced from vineyards in Laguardia and Elvillar at 450 to 700 meters altitude on clay and limestone soils, this wine boasts a unique character. It underwent a 15-day fermentation in oak with some skins, finishing in stainless steel, and matured for over two years in stainless steel, with only a fraction in barrel for a month.

Tasting Notes: Expect a developed nose with hints of kerosene, dried flowers, chamomile, and yellow fruit, without any creaminess or honeyed notes. The palate is austere and chalky, featuring citrus and white flower notes.

🍽️ Perfect Pairings:
-Grilled seafood like shrimp or scallops
-Lightly spiced chicken dishes
-Fresh summer salads with citrus vinaigrette
-Soft cheeses like Brie or Camembert

🍷 At Cellars we use a wine dispenser to preserve the flavor and aroma of wine by removing oxygen from the bottle. Wine can oxidize and spoil due to oxygen, which can cause a loss of flavor and aroma. The wine dispenser fills the empty space in the bottle with argon, displacing oxygen and preventing oxidization.
The wine stay as lovely as when you first opened the bottle!
