We have a new wine on the shelf this week, a Cabernet Sauvignon from Cole Cellars. With tasting notes of clove, cinnamon, and a kiss of oak. Ripe black fruit on the palate, black currant, and blackberry. And a hint of vanilla and smooth tannins on the plush finish. It pairs well with grilled meat and stews, a bottle of this and a warm hearty stew would be great with this rainy cold weather we're having. Make a trip over for a bottle and enjoy.

From Ferrante here in Ohio we have their Tannenbaum Blanc. A table wine with floral aromas and citrus flavors. It's long finish is medium-sweet, all together it's a tribute to the German Christmas tree and song.

This fan favorite is back just in time for the colder weather. Stone's Imperial Stout has arrived! This nearly jet black stout could block out the sun, or the evening. With dark chocolate and heavy roast on the front end, supported by nuances of coffee, black currant, and molasses on the finish. And it's ageble for years, some are still enjoying bottles from the early 2000s. So why not pick some up today, maybe see how it tastes in 2039.
