Rain City Wines A wine shop that specializes in old world wines. We are Bothell's local wine merchant. We're not a fancy shop with pretty shelves and a beautiful wine bar.

We carry wines from old-world wine regions such as France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany and Lebanon. There are boxes of wine all over, wines on the shelves, bottles could be on the floor. Depends on the day we are having. There will be music on or the TV with something strange like Meat Eater or the History Channel. Chances are there will be customers in the shop talking trash and laughing. Oh.

..the shop is cold. Very cold. Dress warm. We have producers in from time to time and there will probably be an importer or wine rep tasting us on something, feel free to join and taste with us. We buy wines based off what your palate wants, not ours so please join in and give us your thoughts.

I was able to get a couple more cases of the 92 point Mira Salinas Monastrell back in stock. This was a text club favorite and we sold out in 10 minutes!!! The only catch this time is you actually have to come into the shop and talk to me if you want it!! Dry January is so lonely, please come talk to me! 😂. This wine is a crazy value at $16 a bottle. I’ll have this and a few other bottles open in shop to try tonight!

We offered this great 2008 Grand Cru Emilion on text club last week and it sold out in 15 minutes! I was able to get one more case, at the same deal price of $29 a bottle. First come, first serve in shop only until they’re gone!

We have 6 bottles of each of these incredible small production Wines from Tenute Capaldo. One is an incredible high altitude Aglianico and the other an outstanding and unique Greco di Tufo. Only 6000 bottles of each were made! Incredible wines, in shop only! Come by and say high!
