These state of the art nitrogen backed dispensers hold 12 featured wines. These wines are not affected by oxidation and are held at the correct temperature. Blanchards was established in 1838 by the Blanchard Family. The first store was located in Scollay Square in Downtown Boston, which is the current location of Boston City Hall. In 1938 it was purchased by John Corey, a visionary in the liquor industry. Corey grew the company from one retail location into a chain retail stores. He also opened a distilled spirits plant and import division in the 1950’s located in Boston’s Historic South End. Blanchards continues to be #1 in the market by offering the best selection, competitive prices and emphasizes discovering talented local distillers, brewers and winemakers . Our stores are bright, clean, easy to shop and staffed with knowledgeable trained professionals. One of the best seasons is here for a good cocktail! Give this Apple butter old-fashioned, to try, a perfect taste of fall.

Apple Butter Old-Fashioned

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 Tbsp. Apple Butter
• 2 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
• 2 oz. Apple Cider
• 2 shakes Angostura Bitters

DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Pour over large ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass prepped with cinnamon and sugar. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and thinly sliced apple.
