From Binissalem comes the Supernova Negre from Ca’n Verdura. 100% Mantonegro, this seriously rugged red is so seductive. If a riding saddle spent a day at the beach, it would smell like this wine. Winemaker is the bessst✨

The 2016 vintage of Unicus from Ignacio Ameztoi. 100% Hondarrabi Zuri, this wine is lead by incredibly energetic bubbles, palate cleansing acidity, and a clear, bright finish. It tastes like rocks and we love it
•
2022 vintage of PSI from Domino de Pingus in the Ribero del Duero. Dark, brooding Tempranillo & Garnacha blend together for some spicy sipping. It belongs with short ribs, believe us.
•
The Finca Terrerazo from is 100% Bobal. It’s also brimming with salinity, spunky tannins, and black currants. If you consider yourself a connoisseur of Spanish wine and you haven’t tried this, we judge you.
