New Years Sangria

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 tbsp Agave Nectar
• 2 oz Cointreau
• 2 oz E&J Brandy
• 1 Orange, sliced
• 1 Lime, sliced
• 1 Pear, sliced
• 1/2 cup Pom Seeds
• 2 Sticks of Cinnamon
• 1 Bottle of Apothic Cab
• 6 oz cup ginger ale

DIRECTIONS:
To a large pitcher add agave nectar, Cointreau, E&J Brandy, orange, lime, pear, pomegranate seeds, cinnamon sticks. Stir to combine. Pour in the entire bottle of Apothic Cabernet. Cover and place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. (the longer it sits the better it will taste) Right before you are about to serve add the ginger ale to the sangria mixture. Pour over ice or serve chilled.

Caramel Apple Cider Mimosa

INGREDIENTS:
• .5 oz Smirnoff Kissed Caramel
• 1 oz Apple Cider
• 2 oz La Marca Prosecco
• Caramel Sauce
• Cinnamon and Sugar


DIRECTIONS:
Pour the Smirnoff Caramel Vodka into a caramel cinnamon and sugar rimmed glass. Add the cold apple cider. Top off with chilled La Marca.

Grinch Whiskey Mule

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz Crown Royal Apple5 oz Lime Juice25 oz Simple Syrup
Ginger Beer
1 drop Food Coloring
Cranberries

DIRECTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker begin by splashing in the freshly squeezed lime juice. Next, splash in the apple whiskey plus one drop of organic green food coloring. Lastly, add the simple syrup. Fill your shaker the rest of the way with fresh ice. Shake and pour into a glass and top off the rest off with ginger beer. Garnish with fresh lime wheels and skewered cranberries.
