Crazy cray cray week around here. Haven't had a hot minute to post a lot on this page. I did wanna take a minute to inform you that we have deeply discounted some of our items during this horrific time for our community. Selected snack items, candles, and other items on our 3 front shelves are discounted up to 50 percent off!!! We also have a display set up near the front door with clean-up and convenience items for the storm's aftermath. You'll also find some flashlights, batteries, garbage bags and other assorted cleaning essentials along with an extra stock of paper plates, paper towels and more. Stoo by and stock up from 7am to 6pm at 1773 NC 194 North in Boone.

Here's an update on our availability of essential items in stock at Goober Peas this Monday afternoon. We do have about 75 to 100 bags of ice, approximately 10 dozen eggs, 2 or 3 loaves of bread, hot dog and hamburger buns, and 10 to 12 gallons of water along with 2 cases of Smart Water. Our drink coolers and snack shelves have a variety of items, plus we have Longbow Beef Jerky, Freeze Dried Candy and candy bars. FreshQuality Perishables will be replenished as available to ensure customer safety. Internet and phone service is still absent at Goober Peas, however I will return tomorrow to a better location to post more updates. Closing at 6pm during the curfew.
