EXECUTIVE CHEF, SOUS CHEF

· Develop and prepare menus, including sourcing the right ingredients

· Maintain brand standards and ensure the team is delivering the ultimate guest experience.

· Inspire and develop the chef teams in all areas to ensure ongoing development

Manage kitchen to ensure service is efficient and optimized
Create, execute, and produce top-notch food with a constant eye on the highest quality standards, presentation, and flavor while keeping an eye on industry trends & neighborhood demands
Ensure statutory compliance in all food-related areas
Maintain well-organized storerooms and inventories that allow for a smooth-running kitchen
Nurture and develop the talent of the kitchen team, creating an environment that brings out the best individuals
Ensure orders and deliveries are managed to meet the kitchen’s needs and demands
Maintain the highest of food hygiene standards

BARTENDER-
All applicants, regardless of previous experience behind the bar, must be dedicated and willing to learn the trade according to our standards. Prospective bartenders should be prepared to endure a rigorous training program. Prerequisites for the position include a positive attitude, exemplary communication skills with both co-workers and guests, great hospitality instincts, steady hustle under pressure, and attention to detail at every level of service. Will hire and train the right person, regardless of experience.
