"We celebrated ourselves." 😻✨

We're SO inspired by PrairiErth Farm's classes and the good vibes they bring to our space!

Join us for the next class Feb 6th from 5-7p at the link shared below!

This past weekend I got to teach about the emotional & physical benefits of rose petals & hips plus the incredibly tasty & magical cacao (where chocolate comes from!). I went a little overboard w/ samples & gifts this month! Eek! But it's ok, It felt so special to share w/ my community.

- We had a small ceremony tasting cacao & sharing gratitude.
- We made a gorgeous rose clay mask & sipped rose tulsi tea
- We snacked on cacao nibs & rose hips & slave-free chocolates!
- We pampered ourselves w/a little cocoa hand scrub followed up by some very special cacao rose cream from Costa Rica.
- We tasted an elixir made from wild roses off the coast of Maine
- We toasted w/ a rose hip & hibiscus shrub mocktail!

We learned & laughed & took deeeeppp breathes & relaxed. We celebrated ourselves.

I have three spots left for this Thursday's class & I'd LOVE to share. It's an amazing gift to yourself!
