Crab season update for September 2022

Marine Area 7 Crab area North - Gulf of Georgia Status OPEN Days open Everyday Season dates Updated as of 9/2/2022.

Open September 1 through September 12 on a daily basis.
Open September 15 through September 30, Thursdays through Mondays only. Tuesdays and Wednesdays will be closed.

The recreational crab fishery in the Gulf of Georgia (Marine Area 7 North) in northern San Juan Islands will be open two additional days on Sept. 6-7, the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) confirmed today.

Morning Shift position open. Application can be picked up at Bay Center Market or attach resume through Facebook post. Schedule will be morning shift plus weekends. Minimum of 30 hours/week.

Duties include:
Stocking (lifting up to 50lbs), cashier, some deli, cleaning, and customer service. Operating point of sale register and other state issued electronic equipment. Must be age 21+
