Warning may be a long post:
Just to give a little of my background I am originally from Michigan my father was born and raised here in Bitely. Due to my father's job we lived all over the country. When I moved away from my parents home I moved to a small mountain town called Burnsville in Yancey county North Carolina. I lived there for 10 years and 2 of my children were born in the area. As many people have seen on the news Western NC has been destroyed. I have many friends I consider family in that beautiful mountain town that are struggling right now. I have a donation can at Sippy Flats if anyone would like to help out another small town. I have been in contact with someone on that end, another small store owner, who will purchase and deliver needed items. Please if you can donate your extra change or any amount you can. I will be sending the donations out Saturday.
