There will be two chances to taste with us this week!

Join us Friday, December 20th from 4 to 7 pm as we taste 5 wines from the Bordeaux region with Chris Guy from Monsieur Touton Selection, LTD.. Chris is also bringing a very special guest, Guillaume Nadal, from Bordeaux France, who will guide us through a comprehensive wine tasting fully equipped with a VR helmet to take a virtual tour of the winery! You won't want to miss this one-of-a-kind experience!

On Saturday, from 1 to 4 pm, we'll be joined by former Southbridge employee and Sommelier Andrew Salamida who is now an Italian wine importer with Tierno Wine Merchants! Andrew will be showcasing his first arrivals in from Tuscany!

We hope to see you at one, or both, of our tastings this weekend! As always, Tasting Club Members have the first opportunity to reserve our wines of the week. Stop in to join!

Take the fuss out of the holidays and bring the magic of Downtown into your home with our Christmas To-Go Meal Kit! Enjoy a holiday feast complete with a choice of Braised Beef Short Ribs or a ready-to-roast 3-4 lb Prime Rib, with sides, pasta, and dessert included. Almost all items come fully prepared and only require heating. The Prime Rib comes pre-seasoned and requires cooking, but we will include simple cooking instructions.

Thanks to all who attended our Holiday Open House last Friday and our Cocktail Pairing Dinner earlier this week! We're back today with some more festive finds for our weekly wine tasting!

We'll be tasting:
🍷Charles Heidsieck Champagne Brut Reserve - The texture is reminiscent of a crisp layer of nougat on a velvety cream pastry filled with plump, red plums and ripe cherries.
🍷Maison M. Chapoutier Bila-Haut Blanc - This fresh and vivacious blend of Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Vermentino, Marsanne, and Macabeo is the wine you want to have on hand for parties, seafood night, and just about anything else!
🍷Tourelle de Terrebone - The aromas explode in a sublime bouquet of black fruits, cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant, accompanied by elegant vanilla, baking spice notes.
🍷Zeni Costalago Rosso Veronese - Intense ruby red. Floral notes with hints of well ripened fruit.
🍷Maison M. Chapoutier Crozes-Hermitage Les Meysonniers - 'Les Meysonniers' is a wine with fleshy tannins and loads of floral and black fruit notes, as well as elegance.

🍷Laurenz Gruner Veltliner - A very attractive fruit bouquet yields apple, peach and citrus aromas along with a typical Veltliner spiciness and a touch of white pepper.
🍷Manon Rosé - The nose opens on flavors of white flowers, honeysuckle, and stone fruits. The mouthfeel is rich, potent and fresh with remarkably long lasting flavors.
🍷Le Rooster Beujolais Nouveau - Charming, with fragrances of red berries enhanced by splendid freshness. Only 36 bottles available until next year's harvest!
🍷Domaine de I’lle Margaux Bordeaux - On the nose, it has aromas of ripe blackberry, cassis, and a hint of spice. On the palate, it has a smooth texture with flavors of blackberry, dark cherry, and a hint of oak.
