I would like to thank my employees. We have been in business for 30 years. Without the community support and our customers we would have never made it. There's been a lot of rumors that we had sold the store. They're not rumors we are going to retire. June 30th if everything goes well we will be officially out of the store business. It has been a very good honor to serve the community and family and friends. We've had several prespective buyers for the store. It was very hard to pick out who we were going to sell it to. But I promise you nothing will change at the store, our employees is there to serve you. We will be making the final announcement who will be taking the store over in the upcoming days. Just remember keep our community strong, shop small businesses in your community. Thank you and God bless.

March 2nd 1992 that Meeks family become the new owners and operators of Country Mart. Throughout the years we have made a lot of friends. I would like to say thank you to each and every one of y'all that has come by the store and supported us. We have done some remodeling. We still have a long way to go. There is going to be some good changes on the hill. It has been our pleasure serving the community. And again thank each and every one of y'all for your support. Stop by and say hello.
