Let us tell you about Trish who keeps it 💯in the deli at Town Pump in Chinook and has been rockin' it for 5½ years. Trish takes work seriously, but with her love of sarcasm and smiles, it's probably serious but with a little bit of a playful twist.

A little birdie told us that Trish is always willing to help out anywhere she is needed even outside the deli if it helps the store run smoothly. A team player, traveler rockhound, dog & family person, and a little bit of a goofball? Sounds like a good time to us.

We love that Trish sees her team as a little family — that is music to our ears! And when a supervisor calls you an MVP, that's when you know you've made it.

So big ups to Trish for being a magnificent, extraordinary part of the Town Pump team. Thanks, Trish! We are thrilled to have you excelling in Chinook. Keep it up!

Spotify Wrapped has apparently been disappointing, but have you heard of Town Pump Food Bank Campaign Wrapped? Ok we just made it up, but it has everything and we're not disappointed at all!

The entire campaign has been amazing! Here's the scoop: Overall, we raised 99.95% of our $450K goal... at $449,768.19. That's sooo close.

We have some new top dogs for the week! Here are week 9 leaders:

We notice that every c-store in the Top 5 for collections is in a smaller community where they are the only Town Pump location. Is it a coincidence, or are smaller communities just extra? We will keep an eye on this for trend for next year!

Managing a big Town Pump Travel Plaza is a pretty big job, and requires a pretty big personality and an even bigger heart. It's almost like we hit the bullseye for Missoula 7 with Victoria. She manages a big, busy location (at the Wye — on US-93 just off I-90 headed toward the Flathead) and she does it with heart, soul, and panache.

In her decade of dedication, Victoria has become a cornerstone of Town Pump leadership according to District Manager, Katie, who loves singing her praises. When Victoria's not tackling store challenges like a pro, you may catch her immersed in a good 📘 book, basking in her handiwork in her newly-remodeled 🧰 kitchen, or simply giggling at a video of kitty cat 🐈 shenanigans.

In Katie's nomination of Victoria for the spotlight she gushed, "[Victoria] always leads by example and there is not a task she isn't willing to do. She always goes where she is needed to support her team. She cultivates an environment of teamwork and they are always laughing and having fun."

Victoria, your passion for your team is truly inspiring. We're so grateful that you're there to lend a hand, offer support, and create a fun and positive work environment while providing that signature customer service! Keep it up! We appreciate you!

Thanksgiving delayed us sharing the week 8 results for our 23rd year of the Annual Food Bank Campaign, but here we go with some numbers!!!

During Week 8, our locations were able to collect $37,463 in donations for local Food Banks. After 8 weeks of collecting donations, we are at $399,338 collected with 1 full day left to collect. Next week's report will include the final 6 days of the campaign, as these numbers are only through Sunday the 24th.

We're proud to help out with this critical need in our communities, and we are so grateful that our foundation can provide the dollar-for-dollar match to make sure many of our Montana neighbors don't go to bed hungry.

Here we are with an introduction of our spotlight employee for the week, Damien. This dynamo works overnights at Missoula 3 and manager Jenny can't stop raving about his dependability AND sense of humor. She says he makes every day start on a great note with his sunny disposition as he wraps up his shift when the morning folks arrive.

Damien has made one heck of an impact in his first 8 months on Team Town Pump and we're excited to see where his Town Pump journey takes him.

Damien's favorite thing about the job is the diversity of the folks who he meets, and the environment. Jenny told us that he contributes to that environment with his hobby of drawing — because they often find his doodles after a night he's been on shift. 🖼️

With the match from Town Pump Foundation, this will result in $6,000 going to fight hunger in the Gallatin Valley. That's something to celebrate! 🎉

Kelly Opperman, General Manager of our Holiday Inn Express & Suites Belgrade, was honored to receive a phenomenal donation for the Town Pump Annual Food Bank Campaign from the Bozeman Area Chamber of Commerce. Pictured are Daryl W. Schliem CEO of the Chamber and members of the board of directors. The group presented a $2000 check to the Belgrade hotel for the Campaign. Daryl and Karri Schliem also personally made a $1000 donation.
These donations will benefit organizations in the Gallatin Valley that serve the needs of residents who face food insecurity. Our parent company, Town Pump will double this donation. We have already arrived at Week 7 of our Food Bank Campaign for Year 23!

During Week 7 our locations collected a whopping $58,268 in donations for local Food Banks. Our 7-week cumulative total reached $361,875. This week rocketed us to 80.4% of our goal. It doesn't include collections for this week... We have 10 days left (including today) so let's make this happen, Montana!

Introducing Michael! Just 4 months into his time on Team Town Pump, Michael is making an impact. As a clerk at the newest Town Pump store his helpful, upbeat, and dependable reputation is already getting accolades!

Michael works at our Bozeman 9 location, which has only been open for 65 days (but who's counting?) and Michael's reputation precedes him.

Looks like Michael is making big waves by making customers' days! And in his spare time, he manages to fit in a little bit of 🎸 guitar and 🕹️ video gaming time too.

We'd like to echo the words of the store GM, Brenda, and say you're an amazing employee, Michael. Thanks for your dedication to Montana's Best!

During Week 6 our locations collected $41,665 and the 6-week cumulative total reached $305,112. We're at 68% of our goal and we have 16 days left (including today) to collect donations to feed our fellow Montanans who struggle with food insecurity.
