Have you heard of this coffee cocktail? Stories claim the cocktail came about due to 19th-century soldiers spiking their coffee for some extra courage. Today, it's regarded as an after-dinner drink or nightcap! This recipe is super simple but super delicious. Try it out with spirits from Highland!

Carajillo ☕️
2-3 oz Espresso or Strong Coffee (Hot)
1 oz Licor 43
Cinnamon to garnish

In a coffee mug, combine coffee/espresso and liqueur and stir well. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and float 3 espresso beans if desired! Enjoy!

The refreshingly sweet, tart, and citrus flavors of key lime pie pair wonderfully with a mojito's herbal mint and lime! This Key Lime Mojito recipe can easily be made in batches for hosting or put together quickly for an after-dinner dessert. Try it out using syrups and spirits from Highland!

Key Lime Mojito 🍋‍🟩
1/4 cup Crushed Graham Cracker
3 tbsps Master of Mixes Simple Syrup
1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
3 tbsp Nellie & Joe's Key Lime Juice
4 oz Bacardi White Rum
1 tbsp Heavy Cream

Place crushed crackers on a plate and pour some simple syrup onto another plate. Dip the rims of two glasses into the simple syrup and then into the crackers. In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint and lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice and add rum, cream, and simple syrup. Vigorously shake until the outside of the shaker is very frosty, for about 20 seconds. Fill glasses with ice and strain mojito into the prepared glasses. Garnish with more mint and a lime round. Enjoy!

Despite its downward trend in the 1930s, the Clover Club Cocktail is increasingly seen in recent cocktail trends. Try it out using this recipe using ingredients from Highland, and let us know if you agree with the Esquire's ranking (we don't 😉)

2 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
1 Egg White
1/2 oz Master of Mixes Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Real Infused Exotics Raspberry Syrup

Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or raspberries, and enjoy!
