The Bemidji Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 32 year old missing person Chessna Lalgie. Family and friends last had contact in February 2023. Chessna was last seen in the area of Roosevelt Manor. Chessna is 5’04”, 105 pounds, has hazel eyes and brown haiir, unknown clothing.
