Everyone Good morning peeps! Other than the 7 Elf Bars models, Tyson, Breeze, Mr Fog Switch, Orion, Death Row, Hogan, North & Snoopy Smoke..What other disposables would you like to see on our shelves. I've already had a couple customers ask for Space Mary 8000P, Pyros & Fume..What else would you like to see us carry..same for our E-Juice customers..Besides Coastal Clouds, Juice Head, Silver Back, Blue, Noms & Big Bottle Co. What other Juice would you like us to carry...Please let us know..We want to be your number one smoke shop so we're the place you cone in & buy some s**t☺️

I just had an unpleasant customer whom I've never seen before come in the store. Telling me that she purchased 2 Elf Bar Strawberry Ice 2 days ago & that they do not taste right. I asked her if she tried them in the store before she left because we have no return or exchange policy once you leave. She started yelling at me & slammed the elf Bars on the counter. I told her that I just work here that it's not right for her to yell at me. She raised her voice even more saying that the owner needs to change his policies. I am sorry but there are no returns or exchanges once you leave the store without trying them first, that way we see that they are faulty and can swap it out & there are certainly no refunds or exchanges if you purchased them a couple or more days ago. I didn't deserve this treatment at all. Like I said I have never seen this customer before unless she purchased from my employee. All I ask is that you treat people kindly no matter work they are in. They are only following the guidelines and policies of their workplace. Thank you for your time

Flavor ban passed in Columbus, now the bill is waiting for the Governor to sign. Currently the ban covers Columbus. If the Governor signs it, then it covers the ENTIRE state of Ohio. I believe it's RIDICULOUS! They're taking away our freedom of choice. They say it's cause of underage, but do they realize how many parents buys for their children including myself. My son is 19 yrs old & I still have to buy for him. The point is..It's not the government or the health department that can make these decisions for us. It's our freedom and God given right to choose what is good or bad for us. Anyways..The point of this post is to inform you of the current ban & the state ban coming. 6 more months of disposables, vapes and e-juice..Customers have been stocking up like there's an upcoming apocalypse. Better get'em while they last. I have my fingers crossed that the Governor does not sign this bill..all you can do is hope.

I know that Low Phil's closed down. My prayers goes out to the owner & his wife in hopes that her health gets better. We have been getting new people in the store so we are trying to accommodate Low Phil's customers by stocking their to***co needs. Good morning peeps..Happy Mothers Day..Even though my 1st customer here at the store did not make it so pleasant. This not so gentlemanly customer came in wanting 2 for $20 Hyde (which are the non-recharge) He said that he just bought before 2 for $20 Rave Recharge before and said y'all need to stop changing your prices around. I told him the prices have always been this way. That the non-recharge are 2 for $20 & the Rave Recharge are 2 for $30. He grabbed 2 for $20 and I rang him up asking him credit or debit and he looked at me saying "It's a card" I said I understand that but sometimes if I hit credit and he's using debit that it wouldn't go through. He snapped at me and said debit. I asked if he needed a receipt a.d he said no "You smart a** b****!" I said excuse me & he repeated himself as he was walking out the door with more inappropriate profanity. So I asked him not to come back. So HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO ME today. Sometimes I don't understand people & why they carry themselves the way they do. No need to have a chip on your shoulder. Attitudes anymore are getting worse. I'm bothered by this. But I'm sure he'll leave a bad review on this page without mentioning his attitude coming in & going out.
