Bear Lake Promoters, Bear Lake community, and everyone who has gone thru Sparkle in the Park over the last 20 years would like to thank Pauline Jaquish and her crew who have worked so hard over the years, to start Sparkle, to grow Sparkle, to store Sparkle, and to make Sparkle an event for everyone to enjoy. It takes a small army of volunteers to work in up north weather, to put up and take down the Sparkle that we love. WE DO APPRECIATE YOU ALL!!!!! Keep in mind that Sparkle will always need volunteers, new and old, new ideas along with the tried and true, new muscle power along with the experience of the original crew, new teams to make this event happen for another 20 years. Osborn's Big Ice Fishing Contest will be held on February 15th and 16th this year. We are changing the Adult entry fee to $20.00 with the kids entry still just $5.00. The Brochure will be coming out in the next week or two. You can enter in the store, on our website or over the phone with a card. Thank you to our son Clinton who gets out there and gives those great ice condition reports!
