As an employer my goal is to help my employees gain life skills that will help further them in life as well as give them employment. After Covid we have had great struggles keeping employees for one reason or another, but it always makes me happy to lose an employee to a better opportunity. This week will be Devin Gussman’s last week here at the old Pac, she has been given a tremendous opportunity at a local bank and is going to do a great job for them like she has done for us over the past 9 years. Devin has been an asset to us in so many ways and we hate to see her go, but we understand this will be a great new start. Best wishes in the future.
We also are losing Erika in the coming weeks as she goes on to start her new life with her future husband. Although her time here was short we enjoyed having you around and wish you the best as you start your new life.
With all that being said we are taking applications for both kitchen and cashiers. If you’d like to be part of our team, stop by and grab an application and talk toeither Rhonda or Sarah. We look forward to seeing you!!!

We are expecting a delivery from our food supplier by noon today. We will have chicken stew plate lunches at noon and hopefully a full menu soon. Thank you again for your patience.

Ok folks we have power!!!! Tomorrow we will assess the damage and hopefully open back up at sometime tomorrow morning. We have plenty gas and I believe the pumps are up and running. Pay at the pump should be available

While I Have a second to reflect I’d like to give a huge that you to my friends Steve, Scott and George, who came out in the middle of a hurricane to help me salvage what we could at Pic-A-Pac. I’d like to also thank Lena, deuce, Abby, Billy, EJ, Melanie and all the other folks that came by and gave us a hand. The since of community is strong in St. Mary Parish and we pull through even in the toughest times. We will rebuild and open soon. Thank you all.
