New Tequila!
This blanco from Suerte Tequila is an incredible value for money. The piñas are roasted for 56 hours and crushed with a tahona. The water comes from a local spring said to have healing powers. Basically this is delicious medicine. $33.99

NEW GIN!
Suncliffe Gin is made with wild-foraged Arizona botanicals: 3 species of native juniper, Ponderosa pine bark, manzanita, and western elderflower. It’s juniper-forward, but not piney. The finish is dry and a bit savory. Great with tonic or in a martini/Gibson!

I’m super pleased to present Nàdar Gin from Arbikie Distillery in Scotland. This is the world’s first climate positive gin, made field to glass, with a green pea base distillate. It’s savory and beautifully unusual. Perfect for a dry martini, I think!

NEW GIN!
From Dyfi Distillery (pronounced Dovey) comes this special bottle. They forage their botanicals from the UNESCO World Biosphere of Dyfi, and the result is a unique gin with floral and green leaf notes. I would make a martini with a twist or a white Negroni with this. Just gorgeous!

I’m not exaggerating when I say that finding a good white Burgundy under $20 is like finding a needle in a pile of very expensive needles. This one is sustainably produced with bright fruit and a hint of flowers. Minimal aging in used French oak. A lovely example of the grape. $19.99
