🍷Totus Tuus Cava Reserva, Penedés, Spain -The Latin expression Totus Tuus, means: “everything for you” or “all yours”. Tutus Tuus is much more than meets the eye. In a blind tasting, this Cava will be likely confused by a fine grower Champagne.⁠

🍷Vera Vinho Verde Rosé, Portugal - Vera means “the truth” in Latin. With love, we all want the truth. In the 1950s and 60s, Portugal’s resistance to Coca-Cola and soft drinks, influenced by the wine industry, made Vinho Verde the go-to choice for light, refreshing beverages at lunch or social gatherings. It’s a bit bubbly, and a little sweet, and a perfect starter for a date. ⁠

🍷2022 Fitapreta A Touriga Vai Nua, Alentejo, Portugal - A Touriga Vai Nua means “The Touriga goes naked” in Portuguese, and who doesn’t want to show a little skin on Valentine’s Day? 🤭 Since its inception in 2004, Fitapreta has pushed the boundaries of fine winemaking in this region. Over the last two decades, the estate has become a benchmark for the New Portugal. ⁠

Since 1910, four generations of the Lini family have produced traditional-style Lambrusco at their winery in the province of Reggio Emilia (northern Italy). Since the start of the winery, the Lini have never strayed from their passion for dry Lambrusco, the kind that the Emilians drink themselves. ⁠

In “Dry Lambrusco: A Great Pizza Wine and So Much More”,  Lettie Teague of The Wall Street Journal called Lini 910 Lambrusco Rosso “One of my favorites.” 4th Generation winemaker Alicia Lini is a huge fan of this pairing as well but reminds us it can’t be just any pizza: “There’s nothing better than a really great pizza, and nothing worse than a terrible one.” ⁠
