Strawberry Blonde
2oz Watershed Four Peel Strawberry Gin
1oz Limoncello
4oz club soda
Build in a highball (vintage crystal if you’re fancy) add ice, and stir. Garnish with a fresh lemon wedge and sip into spring!

Canada, we love you.

Your whiskies haven’t been given the respect they deserve. We remember the sweeter, lighter profiles our grandparents drank with 7-up (and that one song by Alannah Myles)and it jaded our opinions of you.

Found North is anything but that. Aging their grains individually to their appropriate maturities and blending together, they have set a new standard for Canadian whiskey (and should we dare say, American whiskey in general?!). We do still recommend the Alannah Myles song while sipping, it really was a banger. 🥃 🇨🇦

We’re digging right into the dirt with agave; specifically Tequila (don’t worry Mezcal fans your time is coming). This class is for timid Tequila drinkers and true believers alike. You’ll get the gritty details as you dive into each dram.

Meet F***y Fougerat and her Cognac! Before the House of F***y Fougerat launched in 2013, her family sold their eau-de-vies to the bigger Cognac houses for blending. Rather than continue the same journey, she wanted to honor her family’s traditions while bringing a fresh perspective to the spirit. Instead of blending different vintages, which is typical in Cognac production, she isolates, vinifies, distills, and ages her parcels individually to select the best from each cru while highlighting the typicity of each terroir (and–might we add–without coloring or additives of any kind). Her estate is split amongst two Cognac crus, with 10 plots of Ugni Blanc in Borderies and 4 in Fins-Bois. We were lucky enough to snag 3 incredible expressions! (And a Pineau des Charentes🤯🤯) As always, for the .

The domaine is located in the Grand Cru village of Ambonnay where some of the finest Pinot Noir in Champagne can be found. Francis Egly, fourth generation winemaker, is on a mission to elevate the wines from already exalted old-vine Pinot Noir parcels to their absolute apex of craftsmanship. Not just relying on the exceptional quality of fruit, Francis also employs extended lees aging to give structure and character to his cuvées. These wines are laser-like and voluptuous at the same time. Lay these gems down for a few years or pop them to celebrate today - you will not be disappointed by either decision.

We currently have the ‘Les Premices’, their workhorse cuvée that is a perfect introduction to the Egly style, the Premier Cru ‘Les Vignes de Vrigny’ composed of 100% Muenier, The Grand Cru V.P. that is aged for a minimum of 84 months on the lees (!!!), and the Grand Cru Rosé which we’d argue is the best damn pink sparkler you can find.

This is not a drill – Wine School is back! 📝🖤

We’re happy to announce our first tasting event of the year, and oh man is it a banger. We will be hosting a Riesling Masterclass! This class is for all the acid freaks out there and for those who are willing to have their minds changed about the much maligned grape. Not only that, we are honored to host our friend PJ Rosenberg from Vom Boden, importer of the coolest German wines on the market, to help us spread the gospel of Riesling.

Join us Tuesday, February 25th at 7:00pm as we explore the absolute versatility of Riesling and all the reasons why your wine nerd friends just won’t shut up about it.
