New label design for the 793! I love it! 🥰 🍺 🍯 🌾 This particular bragot is styled after an Abbey and Trappist beer produced by monks; Using primarily Pilsner and with less honey than my other meads. The theme of this mead is supposed to represent the brutal raid of 793 on a monastery in Lindisfarne. More details of this encounter in the comments.

Did you know some mead gets better with age! This 02/23 Heathen with generous amounts of Heather, and balanced notes of coriander has aged beautifully. Exuding strong tastes of wild flower honey and botanicals, and sweetened with plumbs, apples, and raspberries; This metheglin/melomel is truly worthy of godly consumption 🤤🤤🤤🤤

I have a new addition to my seasonal recipes! I’ve been waiting for an idea or concept to hit me, and this is it! Unfortunately I won’t be able to get it ready for Oktoberfest this year but next year it’ll be the only mead I serve during the event. If you haven’t heard of Trappist/Abbey beer I will post a link in the comments. Because my recipe won’t be officially certified by proper brewing authorities, it can’t be called “Abbey” mead. But it will be styled almost identically.

The more I try to build my business, the more frustrated I became with the lack of professionalism in our new American/Ca./world/social climate. There’s gunna be some people who are going to lose my consistent product needs simply because they’re terrible with customer service. It’s real shame.

Super packed today!! 😳 we ran out of mead about an hour before close. Lots of people did actually lol

Still waiting for everyone to be up and running. One hour to go!!! 🍻🍻

🎶on the 24th day of fermentation my true mead gave to me🎶… indecisive readings and lingering honey at the bottom of the carboy lol. All of the fruit and most of the mash has already been fermented, still waiting for that honey to dissolve.
