Doing a primary rack and filter for the new 793 🙂 it smells so amazing. I think it has a fruity citrusy type of aroma more than a barley characteristic. Which is neat cause there’s only honey and grains. 🍺

In the past couple weeks I’ve been contacted by some pretty neat people. One of which is a start company manned by a very knowledgeable Icelandic American vet who studied at the university of Iceland, and specializes in runeology translation and transcription. Another was today by a gentleman who writes on Norse mythology and mead. The latter individual posted RAGNAROK MEADS in their shout out section along with other meaderies in the US and UK. And they’re off! From 0-32 in two days isn’t bad. Like I always say there’s types of mead, growers and showers 😉 The blend of Pilsner and Munich with a hint of walnut is very sweet smelling. Every 3 days I take measurements and taste it, and so far it shows a forward cereal sweetness with a mellow robust undertone.

Sorry everyone, It’s been a while since I’ve posted something fun. I did this around April 20-ish and thought it would be neat to share my new heavy duty filter I built.
