Marinating some pork loins in some Idunn for turkey day 🍻 normally I use Pagan because it has nice dark oaky and spice characteristics, but the us year I wanted to try something lighter with a fruitier undertone.

Doing a primary rack and filter for the new 793 🙂 it smells so amazing. I think it has a fruity citrusy type of aroma more than a barley characteristic. Which is neat cause there’s only honey and grains. 🍺
