ABOUT US
Owned by sisters, Laura and Melissa Gaied, we are beyond a small business, we’re family — and we treat you like a member as soon as you walk through our doors.
How did we get here?
The real story begins when we were kids. Our school bus dropped us off at our parents’ pizza shop, Ashland Pizza Palace. When finished with homework, we helped our parents — folding pizza boxes, cleaning tables, even taking your phone orders! From childhood through adulthood, we learned the skills valuable to operating a business as well as the significance of contributing to the community and ensuring quality customer service.
Why Clocktown Liquors?
We didn’t want to see the decline of Clocktown Liquors and jumped in to apply the values and skills we learned over the years to this store. We kept the original name of the store because it paid tribute to Ashland’s history, the home of Telechrom. Plus, we’re Clockers at heart. Our fondest memories include participating in Ashland Youth Soccer, summer camp at the Rec., running around Ashland Day’s booths, and high-fiving our inspiring Boston Marathon runners along rt. 135.
Thank you, Ashland for embracing the importance ofcommunity and being so supportive of your small businesses!
