Grown from the same soil as Château Quintus and Le Dragon de Quintus, Saint-Emilion de Quintus is the latest addition to the estate’s collection. The Latin name “Quintus” translates to “fifth,” a fitting name for the fifth Bordeaux wine owned and produced by Domaine Clarence Dillon, whose other properties include Château Haut-Brion and Château La Mission Haut-Brion. Distinguished as one of the estate’s benchmark vintages, Saint-Emilion de Quintus 2017 is certainly not one to miss.

Chateau Bizard! 1862 pure Syrah! 2015 vintage. Deep garnet red, colour with purple glints. Complex and very subtle nose enhanced bu varietal notes - violet, blackcurrant, liquorice - and spices - black pepper, clove. Rich and straightforward attack, full-bodied evolution with silky and harmonious tannins. Mineral and smoked finish.

The 2018 vintage of Pitch Black interestingly, leans further into the blueberry fruit spectrum rather than the usual red fruits, with plenty of spice and earth coming through.
Pitch Black Cabernet underwent a wild fermentation and the Syrah was aged separately for nine months. The final 85/15 blend is beautifully complex, elegant and surprisingly soft with well-integrated tannins. We’re quite sure you’ll be returning to it again and again
