NEW BARREL UPDATE: Just landed

Starlight Cigar Batch finished in a Brazilian Oak barrel. The bourbon is a blend of 3 grain and 4 grain mash aged 4 years. The juice was rested for 6 months in a Brazilian Oak barrel that was on its 3rd fill. To us a 3rd fill barrel is the sweet spot. It is not too spicy/cinnamon but there is some spice/cinnamon. Real nice bottle.

Notes: to***co or chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, sweet cream and sugar.

4.5 years 106 proof priced at $79.99. Only 20 cases. Stop by for a sample.

We had a nice pick up this morning. Some new items and some restock.

Barrel update:

we will probably have a last call this week on the Starlight finished in a Peach Brandy Barrel. Real nice bottle if you like peach.

Incoming on Thursday will be a Starlight Cigar Batch finished in Amburana. We are only receiving 20 cases. Just saying.

Woodford Double Oaked is being bottled and will probably land mid February.

BARREL UPDATE:
And there she goes. This was a nice bottle that was picked for the bourbon drinker who also liked rye.

We have picked 7 more barrels for 2025 and are hunting for more. If anyone has distiller contacts please let us know. We would love to talk to them.
