She is trespassed!!!! And has been for several months!!! It’s never freaking ends!!!! The police do nothing!!! Trespassing, harassment, and stealing!!!!! And nothing happens!!! This is a big part of the decision we made to close!!!! I’m over it 6 days of hell left!

This is from the state of Iowa these are the only “V**es” that are approved by the FDA 🤮 as of July 1st these will be the only “legal” devices and any others you can receive a ticket and a fine for!!! Please take the time to be educated about this substantial change in Iowa.

I’m gonna say this 1 time!!!! Before you come in and start arguing with whoever is working, idc if you know someone who owns a smoke shop or not, The governor SIGNED the V**E BAN on MAY 17th 2024!!! AGAIN THE GOVERNOR OF IOWA DID INDEED SIGN THE BILL INTO LAW BANNING DISPOSABLE V**ES!!!! I have ran a smoke shop long enough to know ppl are gonna talk but my information comes from the STATE not from my neighbor or whoever!!! Just because other smoke shops have a product DOES NOT mean that we can get it!!! There are 100’s of v**e distributors so they might use other distributors than we do!!! So BY LAW we will no longer sell v**es after June 30th.

If you have any other questions or arguments please refer them to the governor not to the ppl who are losing everything! 🫡

This is one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever had to make, we took a business from barely nothing and built it up with our blood sweat and tears. The last year has not been kind to say the least, and it has taken us to the point of no return. We have been over things a thousand times and with the new laws taking effect 7/1/24, we keep coming to the same conclusion…

UP IN SMOKE IS CLOSING 😔

Our last day that we will be open for business will be (7/7/24) Sunday July 7th. We will close at 6 pm that day.
With very heavy hearts all of us at Up in Smoke want to thank all of you for all of your continued support. All of our customers are amazing and we appreciate all of you more than can ever be expressed. Thank you for the last 3 years Anamosa it’s been a heck of a ride!
