Introducing Overjarige Gouda produced in Wisconsin by Marieke Gouda. This cheese got 2nd runner-up at the 2019 US Cheese Championship. 🥈

It’s aged for 2 years and made from raw cow’s milk. With nutty, caramelized flavors and crunchy crystals, it’s the perfect addition to our Provisions Plate today.

We paired it with dried fruits, almonds, jamón serrano, honey, and crackers. Don’t let the snow stop you, come by and turn your Monday mood around!

Michelle made her “Beanies and Weenies”It’s perfect for a cozy snow day like today or even a summer BBQ. It’s hearty, packed with flavor, and made almost entirely with ingredients from our grocery department.

She used Rancho Gordo beans, Vermont Salumi maple breakfast sausage, Mutti tomato paste, Jake’s BBQ sauce, and Secret Aardvark smoky hot sauce.

This Wine Wednesday, Michael is showing off the Prima Pavé Rosé Brut! 🥂🎉

This non-alcoholic sparkling wine is crisp & dry with fruity notes of red currant, lychee, and cantaloupe. It’s basically fancy in a bottle but without the booze. Perfect for Wine Wednesday or whenever you just want to feel classy.

Swing by this Friday, January 10th, from 4-7 PM at our Mill District location for Free Fest! Yep, it’s free to come, free of alcohol, and full of fun. Can’t make it? Don’t worry, we’re doing it all again in Longmeadow on January 17th!

Ski Queen Cheese is a Norwegian treasure with a rich history and unique flavor! This gjetost, also known as Brunost meaning “Brown Cheese” in Norwegian, is a sweet, creamy brown cheese with caramel & butterscotch notes, and a fudge like texture. The blue package features the all-goat version, offering a pure, tangy sweetness, while the red package is the classic blend of cow and goat milk for a milder, creamy caramel taste.

Traditionally enjoyed for breakfast on toast with jam, and coffee, this cheese is a must-try. It also goes well as a waffle topping, melted for a fruit dip, in baked goods, or even rich stews.

Fun fact: the cheese slicer was invented in Norway specifically to cut this smooth, semi-firm cheese. Pair it with crusty bread, fresh fruit, or drizzle it over pancakes for the ultimate winter indulgence. Perfect for après-ski or cozy nights in!

Toni (Provisions Beverage Director) says you should have Gamay, Chenin Blanc, and Pinot Noir at your Thanksgiving table this year! We picked out three wines that are the perfect picks to pair with your holiday feast:

1️⃣ Glou Glou Gamay – Glou Glou translates to "glug glug," and that’s exactly what you’ll want to do with this delicious Gamay. It has everything we love about Beaujolais—refreshing acidity, soft tannins, and a beautiful balance of cherry, cranberry, and floral notes. Perfect for turkey and roasted veggies. 🍇

2️⃣ Kiona Chenin Blanc – Crisp, bright, and bursting with green apple and citrus, this white wine is perfect for cutting through rich, creamy dishes like mashed potatoes and gravy. 🍏🍋
