Born & raised in California. In 1972, Kermit Lynch opened a retail wineshop, later importing & distributing nationally. He is considered one of the most influential people in the French-American wine trade. In 1988, he published “Adventures on the Wine Route”, which chronicles his time spent meeting & bonding with winemakers across France. The Fableist is a benchmark producer in Central Coast, CA viniculture. Winemaker Andrew Jones leads the charge, planting vineyards across the region & working w/ local winemakers.
