Born & raised in California. In 1972, Kermit Lynch opened a retail wineshop, later importing & distributing nationally. He is considered one of the most influential people in the French-American wine trade. In 1988, he published “Adventures on the Wine Route”, which chronicles his time spent meeting & bonding with winemakers across France. Join us to discuss the stories told in the book while tasting the wines made by the characters we grew attached to in our reading!

Wines made from the Gamay grape are often light in body & tannins, but jam-packed with flavor! From juicy, chuggable styles to the complex food-friendly wines from the Crus of Beaujolais, the grape is more diverse than many may expect.
