So what’s stracciatella cheese? It’s pulled mozzarella curds soaked in heavy cream. ❤️❤️ We combine it with fresh sliced sopressata, arugula, marinated red pepps, house made pesto (never with nuts!) and EVOO to make our Rosa on fresh made focaccia grilled on the press. 🤌🏼🤌🏼
