Our Story
Higgins Store has been in business since 1893. Half of the building was the bank and the other half was an apothecary and ice cream soda fountain store. When the bank moved out in the 1940’s, Higgins Store expanded their business and has been there ever since.
We currently have a WIDE variety of liquors, microbrews, beers, soda, candy, and other local treats all year round. Over the summer, we have an ice cream store that serves Hudsonville Ice Cream to our families who have been coming here for generations, and our new families who are experiencing us for the first time.
At Higgins, we have everything you need for your vacation. We aim to be your one-stop shop for your vacation essentials so you can get to relaxing and spending time with those who mean the most.
