Hollow Spirits Distillery Announces Shift to Events-Only Venue and Expanded Retail Presence
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Hollow Spirits Distillery, a beloved fixture in Albuquerque’s craft spirits community since 2017, is ushering in a new chapter designed to ensure its long-term sustainability and deepen its ties with local supporters. Beginning January 1, 2025, Hollow Spirits will transition from its regular day-to-day pour room operations to focus solely on hosting private and public events while expanding its retail distribution of award-winning spirits.
A Legacy Rooted in Community and Innovation
Over the past six years, Hollow Spirits has played a key role in New Mexico’s distilling renaissance. From pioneering the state’s early craft distilling scene to adapting during the pandemic by producing hand sanitizer for frontline workers, the distillery has proven its resilience, commitment, and adaptability. In 2024, Hollow Spirits was honored with multiple “Best of the City” awards by Albuquerque The Magazine, including Best Distillery, Best Distiller, Best Bourbon, as well as top-five placements in categories spanning vodka, rum, gin, undiscovered restaurant, and cocktails like Bloody Marys and Mojitos. Whether hosting corporate retreats, wedding receptions, birthday parties, quinceañeras, anniversaries, or community fundraisers, the Hollow Spirits team is ready to welcome groups of up to 450 guests. Flexible spaces include the signature pour room, the working distillery area, and expansive upstairs and downstairs patios. Custom event packages can feature locally inspired catering, live music, guided distillery tours, whiskey and barrel tastings, bartending classes, and more.
